Discount codes are special codes that can be applied to your order to receive a discount.

To use your discount code:

1. Enter Your Code: During checkout, enter the discount code exactly as you received it in the designated field.
2. Apply the Code: Click the “APPLY” button to activate the discount before proceeding to payment.

For mobile users:

• After clicking the “CHECKOUT” button, but before completing your personal information and shipping address, click on the “SHOW ORDER SUMMARY” dropdown menu.
• Enter your discount code in the “gift card” box.

Please note, discount codes must be entered manually at checkout. The discount cannot be applied retroactively as a refund after the order is placed

We currently accept USD and CAD for our Canadian customers.

We are working on adding more currencies so you can shop in your local currency.

Due to a high volume of orders and returns, refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving and approving your return. Your refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact customer service with photos of the issue, and we will find the best solution for you.

The prices may differ on our European website due to various factors, including currency exchange rates, local taxes, import/export duties, and differences in operational costs across regions.

We cannot modify the contents of an order once it has reached the payment stage. However, you can change the delivery address for a brief period after confirming your order.

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and dispatched from our facility.
